GREG KIRK
Qualifications and Membership:
- Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) 1st class honours, University of Western Australia 1982.
- Bachelor of Commerce, University of Western Australian 1990.
- Member AAAC WA (Agricultural Consultants Association of Western Australia).
- Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (ASCPA). Financial planning specialist.
- Authorised representative of Count Financial Limited.(CPA)
Business Area:
- Greg is the Managing Director of Planfarm Pty and as such plays a key role in the management and development of the various companies within the Planfarm Group.
- In addition to his management role, he continues to service a diverse client group providing both management and financial planning advice.
Background:
Greg has had an interest in farming from an early age courtesy of several holidays spent on a great uncle's farm in the Lakes district. This led on to studying agricultural science at UWA followed by a few years research work at Murdoch University.
In 1985 he left Murdoch and joined the Economics department at the Department of Agriculture in South Perth. Here he helped develop computer models of farm business enterprises. After a year overseas working on a farm in Canada, he joined Planfarm in 1988.
Shortly after becoming a partner in Planfarm in 1993 he moved to Geraldton to consult to a small number of clients and establish the Geraldton office. Today this office has grown to 4 professional staff and Jenny our office manager who together service a large and prosperous client base.
In 1998, Greg became an authorised representative of Count Financial Limited. His involvement with Count was motivated by the growing needs of clients for advice in the areas of superannuation, retirement planning and investment. Planfarm now have three licenced advisors available to assist clients in this important area.
Recently Greg and his family have relocated to Perth, however Greg still spends considerable time on the road seeing clients from Williams to Ajana.
Interests:
Greg enjoys sailing (Hobie 16), tennis and over the winter months the silky skills of the West Coast Eagles.

John has a diverse range of recreational interests including golf, gardening, photography, walking and WRXing. He is also a licensed valuer and Justice of the Peace. John works from both the West Perth and Wongan Hills offices and has clients throughout the Central Wheatbelt.
